By registering for TezzerMail you agree that
you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
Unless you received prior permission from TezzerMail, you may only register for one
TezzerMail account.
You may not promote TezzerMail in a way that could be considered spamming.
You may
only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other
traffic exchanges, mailers or advertising programs that allow it.
Promoting TezzerMail in a
way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your TezzerMail
account and possible legal action.
Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using TezzerMail.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and
any content it contains.
TezzerMail is not responsible if a user is in violation of
another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.
You must stay subscribed to other users mailings to keep your account valid, unsubscribing will mean deletion of your account.
We intend to enforce this rule religously as its not fair for users to send
email but not recieve any. if you wish to have an account where you dont recieve
email then contact us for a price
URL Rules
Before submitting an ad TezzerMail, please read these rules very carefully and
make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these
rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your
TezzerMail account may also be deleted.
*No sites with illegal activity.
*No frame-breaking sites.
*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.
*No adult content.
*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with
these terms.
*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries,
including the United States.
*No PTP sites.
*TezzerMail has the full right to delete any site that is
in our view inappropriate or
questionable.
Returns policy
If you purchased advertising on any AKHmedia Ltd website (including this site)
then You can request a refund on advertising purchases while there are still
page views or banner impressions in your account. If all the impressions and
page views have been used then zero refund is possible.
If you are cancelling a subscription to access member level restricted areas of
any AKHmedia website, then the last payment made is the limit of the refund
liability on your account.
On an initial subscription we will refund right up to a 60 day period, as long
as the request is initiated before the next subscription payment is due.
TezzerMail Affiliate Program Rules
If you want to be an affiliate then you need to show the same standards of compliance that you hold us the site owners to.

1. to pay all commissions owed after 30 days of being earned.
2. Commissions will be payed on a weekly basis, when the affiliate has reached the minimum payout level of $10
You the affiliate promise...
1. chose your preferred payment processor in your profile
2. have a payment processor email in your profile
Not having those things will indicate you do not want to take part in the affiliate program, which is of course your right
(failure to do this will mean no commissions will be added to your account, existing commissions earned while in compliance will be protected)
3. you agree not to use spam or other dubious means to promote our products & services (dubious means is a catch all phrase that will be decided by & in the opinion of the company)
